Our Google Ads Process

Our campaigns are broken down into 4 main phases. Here’s a brief overview of each one.

Phase 1 – Research & Analysis

This phase involves hosting the initial strategy session which allows us to get a good understanding of your objectives, what you’re wanting to achieve and setting about gathering all necessary information in readiness for Phase 2.

This part of the project involves the following –

  • Hosting an initial strategy session. This is an opportunity for us to discuss campaign objectives, understand your goals, identify main competitors, note target keywords, clarify focus points, address concerns and essentially prepare for campaign commencement.
  • Once all of the information is gathered, we can plan out project direction with purpose, and begin performing indepth analysis and research, before moving onto Phase 2.
Phase 2 – Ad group optimisation

Onpage optimisation is simply where we begin performing work on your site to ensure it has the best possible chance of performing in search.

This part of the project involves the following –

  • Planning out site structure, based upon competitor analysis, search behaviour, provided services and keyword research.
  • Applying CRO (conversion rate optimisation) to increase customer enquiries. (clear calls to action)
  • Site restructuring, setting redirects, correcting internal links, creating and publishing initial site content, optimising meta tags, improving site speed and other areas of technical onpage optimisation.
  • Setting up and testing goal tracking (email and call enquiries) This allows for accurate tracking of desired conversions.
Phase 3 – Offpage optimisation

Offpage optimisation refers to tasks that we perform outside of your website in order to improve its position in search rankings. These are typically measures that help create as many high-quality backlinks (incoming links) as possible.

This part of the project involves the following –

  • Reverse engineering competitive data collectively and identifying offpage opportunities (link building)
  • Mapping out a strategic offpage optimisation strategy with emphasis on quality, diversity, natural emulation and topical relevance
  • Creating editorial and guest post content
  • Prospecting, performing outreach and acquiring high quality links from relevant websites.
  • Tracking and measuring of offpage performance inline with target keywords
Phase 4 – Content

Our process around content is unlike any other SEO provider in the industry. We work directly with you, hosting frequent Q&A sessions to ensure we only create content with your input to ensure accuracy. All content goes through a vigorous process to ensure it meets all quality guidelines, standards and requirements before being published live.

This part of the project involves the following –

  • Identifying content marketing opportunities, based upon keyword research and assessing competitor data
  • Gathering topics of interest as well as frequently asked questions asked within your industry
  • Creating high value, accurate and informative content generated from interactive Q&A sessions held with you. This task is ongoing once the campaign is established.
Reporting

In terms of reporting, you will be provided with easy to understand, meaningful reports, that include  –

  • Revenue focused reports that demonstrate return on investment
  • Ad Group and keyword performance reports
  • Work summary sheets that outline work performed each month (itemised tasks)
  • Google Analytics reporting with a strong focus on conversions (customer acquisition and revenue)
  • End of month strategy calls where we go over completed work, reporting and cover upcoming work

Once off Setup Fee – $297.00

Google Ads Management
This is our management fee for any campaigns, this does not include your budget. We’ll set up your account, add in relevant keywords and optimise the campaign monthly, removing keywords that are not effective to optimise budget.

Entry level fees – $495.00 per month

  • You can increase the amount of hours you allocate per month if you want to get faster results
  • There are no lock in contracts, no hidden charges or cancellation fees
